Sometimes events can be cancelled if there are not enough attendee or in case of emergency issues. In this event refunds will be given in a timely manner, however users may opt to choose a different event instead. Either way we will contact you to let you know ASAP.
If you have tickets and simply don't show up, they will be considered a "No-Show" forfeiture.
If you have event tickets and do not show up, the tickets are not refundable. You may be able to cancel with enough notice, however events contingent on a certain number of people attending can be refunded.
In most cases, your can gift your tickets to someone else, provided any requirements, such as age, are met.
If you have opted for delivery and the delivery cannot be made by the parcel carrier, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping fees, and only undamaged returned stock would be eligible for refunds minus any applicable restocking fee.
If you make an error in your delivery address, it's your responsibility to correct it before the carrier attempts to deliver it.
Rarely, the stock you have in your checkout may be limited and another user processes payment a split second before you and renders the item unavailable. In this event we will contact and let you decide how to proceed. Refund and Cancel order, partial order, or backorder and wait for stock.
In general, returns are only accepted for defective product. However special consideration may be made in certain situations. It's always better to discuss this in advance and be mindful that restocking fees may apply. Both are at the sole discretion of the store.
